I woke up this morning with extremely bad back pain, and so have spent the majority of the day on the couch. The plus side is that I got a decent amount of homework done. The down side is that I got almost no house work done and it was nearly 7:30 pm before I could get up and go grocery shopping for the week. I hope that my back is better by the morning. I can't afford to miss any work or school!
Monday: "meatloaf", mashed cauliflower, steamed swiss chard, corn
Tuesday: veggie jumble (GoV), make sweet millet breakfast cake for the next several mornings
Wednesday: Class from 8am to 8pm. I'll take leftovers to school and eat lunch and dinner there
Thursday: Taco Soup from Better than Peanut Butter and Jelly
Friday: Mexican Bulgar pilaf and leftover soup
Saturday: Rubens made with Seitan corned beef from Everyday Dish TV
